On the occasion of the Business of IP Asia Forum 2025 in Hong Kong, MOSAIK had the pleasure of hosting a booth to present the key intellectual property issues relevant to the European and French markets.
In an international environment where customs duties have become a major tool of trade policy, it is worth remembering that intangible assets remain outside the scope of these constraints.
Intellectual property therefore stands out as a key driver of growth and expansion for companies seeking to develop internationally.
It was also a great opportunity to engage in valuable discussions with fellow professionals and local stakeholders about the specific constraints faced in different regions of the world and how these frameworks interact with one another.
