William MAK

William acts, in an advisory capacity as well as in litigation, in the main disputes of business life: shareholder conflicts, management control measures, removal of company officers, breach or termination of contracts, unfair competition and debt recovery.

He also assists his clients with intellectual property matters, both in infringement actions and in the management and protection of trademark portfolios.

Lastly, he acts on cases with an international dimension, particularly in connection with Hong Kong and China, while maintaining a strong practice in purely French matters.

He advises and represents shareholders and company officers, financial institutions, start-ups and technology companies, as well as players in the fashion, textile, music and audiovisual sectors. He also acts alongside higher-education institutions, museums and cultural institutions, public bodies and trade associations, as well as companies active in logistics, mobility and import-export. He further assists authors, performers and professionals of the influencer industry.

A French-Hong Kong lawyer, William regularly assists and advises his clients in their day-to-day business and their development in France, as well as in Hong Kong and China. As head of MOSAIK’s Asian Desk, he is the point of contact for companies and professionals investing between France and Asia.
