Lawyer William Mak

A lecturer at the faculty since 2015 and a member of the Paris Bar since 2017, William Mak's practice focuses on business and contract law, mainly in the fields of intellectual property, digital law and real estate law.

Bio

Me William has acted in numerous disputes on behalf of music publishers, magazines, authors (visual artists, directors, painters, writers, composers, lyricists, scriptwriters, etc.) and performers (singers, actors, etc.), start-ups, audiovisual production companies, educational establishments, jewelry houses, photo studios, software publishers, influencer agencies, companies specializing in import and export and textile manufacturers.

William also regularly assists and advises a number of clients in their day-to-day business development in France, as well as in Hong Kong and China.

Me William MAK is a member of the Board of Directors of the France Hong Kong Business Association.
