The Site is hosted by OVH, a Société par Actions Simplifiées (simplified joint stock company), with capital of 10,000,000 euros, registered with the Roubaix - Tourcoing Trade and Companies Register under number B 424 761 419, headquartered at 2 rue Kellermann 59100 Roubaix, France.

The Site is for general information purposes only. Under no circumstances may AARPI MOSAIK or Pascal-André GÉRINIER himself be held responsible for information communicated or simply taken from other sites or social networks, which may in no way be considered as constituting personalized legal advice, or even as prohibited canvassing.

The Site and each of its components, in particular the texts, articles, posts, photographs, presentation brochure, illustrations, computer codes and animations are the exclusive intellectual property of AARPI MOSAIK.

Any use of the Site other than its normal use necessary for a user to browse the pages that make it up, or to download files that are made available to the public, is prohibited, subject to the legal exceptions recognized by the intellectual property code.

Personal data communicated to AARPI MOSAIK via the Site are optional and are subject to computer processing. The person in charge of this processing is Me Pascal-André GÉRINIER.

By using the Site, users agree to the collection and use of their personal data, which may be collected when they browse the Site, register or send a question via the contact form.

The purposes of this processing are (i) the constitution and management of a file of clients and prospects, (ii) the preparation of statistics on visits to the Site; (iii) the provision of legal information relating to the operation of the firm, its methods of intervention; (iv) the provision of legal services to clients of the firm.

The recipient of this data is Me Pascal-André GÉRINIER, all MOSAIK lawyers, and third-party subcontractors responsible for processing this data on behalf of the firm. The data collected and processed by the firm will not be sold or rented, whether free of charge or against payment, to third parties.

The firm uses the GOOGLE ANALYTICS statistics tool in particular to measure the number of visits, the number of pages viewed and user activity on the Site, as well as their location. This tool generates a cookie with a unique identifier, with a limited retention period, and collects the user's IP address in an anonymized form. It is possible to deactivate the Site's cookie via the settings of the Internet browser used.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, all users have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. Users may also object, for legitimate reasons, to their personal data being processed by the data controller.
