SAINT JAMES opens its first pop-up store in Mexico City

Shopfront of the SAINT JAMES and Constela Café pop-up store in Mexico City

MOSAIK advised the French maison SAINT JAMES on the opening of its first pop-up store in Mexico, running from 5 November to 22 December 2024 in the Polanco district of Mexico City.

The project was carried out with Constela Café and gave rise to three limited-edition items, a flask, a notebook and a tote bag, together with drinks created for the occasion.

A first commercial venture abroad, even a temporary one, means dealing on a short timeline with the occupancy agreement for the premises, the terms of the collaboration with the local partner, the protection of distinctive signs in the target territory and the conditions for importing goods. This is the daily work of the Mexico City office, alongside the French houses that come to test the Mexican market.

Our thanks to the SAINT JAMES teams, and our compliments to Sophie Larmenier on her work on this project.
