Lawyer Julie Aubin

Since 2015, Julie AUBIN has been assisting companies in business and commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters, from their creation to their sale, at national and international levels. Trained with prestigious Parisian law firms specializing in business and banking law, she has developed particular expertise in supporting business leaders and the development of their companies.

Bio

After working mainly in Paris for 6 years, she joined forces with the other co-founders to create MOSAIK, whose international activity she developed between Paris and Mexico City, where she assists French companies wishing to export to Latin America, and more specifically to Mexico.

Conversely, it helps foreign companies, particularly from the LATAM region, to invest and set up in France and the European Union.

Julie is a member of the Chambre Économique du Mexique en France (CEMF), the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Franco Mexicaine (CCI France Mexico) in Mexico City, and the Société française de droit aérien et spatial (SFDAS).

She is also a member of the Marianne Mexico association, created on the initiative of the French Ambassador to Mexico Jean-Pierre Asvazadourian, to promote economic, cultural and diplomatic exchanges between French and Mexican women.

Teaching

She also teaches corporate law at the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and supports her clients in French, English and Spanish.
