Ryane Meralli-Ballou

Maître Meralli-Ballou is particularly experienced in trademark law, which has always been at the heart of her practice for companies at international, European and French level, from prior art searches to registrations, including management, monitoring, contracts and infringement.

After practicing in industrial property law firms as a CPI, she was a partner at firm CARLER, specializing in intellectual property, for over twenty-four years. Ever mindful of civil liberties, she has focused her practice on data protection since the development of the Internet.

She is currently a consultant in trademark, intellectual property and digital law at MOSAIK.
