Lawyer Pascal-André Gérinier

Responsible for the interests of the various film majors, he has been involved in a number of high-stakes or high-volume litigation cases, such as the first so-called "anti-piracy" cases to combat illegal downloads from the Internet or block access to certain sites infringing the rights of third parties. He has also been involved in major litigation cases in the sector, which have served as landmark decisions in case law.

Pascal-André has already advised and/or assisted music, software/application and press publishers, authors and artists, start-ups, production companies, educational groups and public bodies on calls for tender.

At MOSAIK, he now assists and advises his clients in their contractual negotiations, the management of their intellectual property rights, the protection and enhancement of their tangible and intangible, movable and immovable assets, as well as in the more general management of their entrepreneurial activity and the development of their business in France and internationally.

He has also been a lecturer at Rouen II University's Science and Technology Department, training future network and information system security managers (RSSI), and at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau (EFB), helping to train future lawyers.

Together with the Paris Bar Association, it takes part in orientation missions set up to help entrepreneurs in the VSE/SME sector, and also runs several events on the same themes, organized by the Conseil National des Baraux (CNB).
