A corporate legal counsel specialising in business law, commercial law and the handling of distressed businesses, Franck Nathoo has more than ten years' experience conducting insolvency proceedings, litigation and complex matters.

His career has enabled him to develop expertise in the acquisition of judicially sold assets, businesses as well as real estate, together with a sound command of negotiation and of supporting companies.
