Bio

Morgane Sot holds a master's degree in intellectual property, awarded with honours, and has built up her expertise in business law and intellectual property, in particular copyright, trademark and digital law, through a wide range of experiences in renowned law firms, in-house positions and at the Paris Court of Appeal in a chamber specialising in intellectual property.

This background has enabled her to act both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, on national as well as international matters.

After being sworn in in 2026, she joined the firm as an associate lawyer, working alongside Pascal-André Gérinier and William Mak.

Morgane Sot advises on a wide range of intellectual property, digital law and contract law matters, and assists companies in protecting, managing and enhancing the value of their intangible assets.
