A member of the Paris Bar, Loan Chiappori Desbois assists companies in their day-to-day business matters, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, with a particular focus on intellectual property.
Bio
Loan Chiappori Desbois trained in intellectual property and company law in business law firms, notably in Lyon, before joining the Paris Bar School (EFB).
During his training, he worked with a firm of lawyers admitted to the Conseil d’État and the Cour de cassation, and then completed his final traineeship at MOSAIK in intellectual property and business law.
After being sworn in before the Paris Court of Appeal in November 2025, he joined the firm as an associate lawyer, working alongside Pascal-André Gérinier and William Mak.
Loan Chiappori Desbois assists companies in their day-to-day business affairs: drafting and negotiating contracts, company law, debt recovery, pre-litigation and commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property matters (trademarks, copyright, licensing agreements).
