Recovering your retirement savings in Mexico

Did you work in Mexico and contribute to the Mexican social security system, the IMSS? If you have since returned permanently to your home country, you may be entitled to recover the full savings accumulated in your AFORE account, including the INFONAVIT housing sub-account.

This right was recognised by a landmark Mexican federal ruling in November 2020.
