Laëtitia Schmierer is an attorney in Mexico. After graduating with a Master degree in labor law from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University in 2010, Laëtitia began her career in France, in labor law.

She then graduated with a Master II degree in international business law from University of Las Americas in Puebla (cum laude). In 2014, she joined a Mexican firm in Mexico City, where she was in charge of the portfolio of French and European clients, to assist them in their projects for the creation of subsidiaries in Mexico and ensure their legal follow-up in business and labor law, following the subsidiary’s creation. Her dual qualifications, both in French and Mexican law, enable her to advise her clients on the best setup strategies in Mexico.

In 2018, Laëtitia founded her own firm to accompany foreign companies in Mexico, from the company’s creation to the products/services market launch. In 2023, her firm merged with MOSAIK.

She is specialized in Mexican business and labor law. She also obtained a University diploma in domestic and international arbitration in 2017.

Her dual qualifications, both in French law and Mexican law, enable her to advise her clients on the best setup strategies in Mexico.
