• If his remuneration is decorrelated from any performance or game time
• If he benefits from logistic support with the availability of installations to enable him to train or to be accommodated, such as gaming-house
• If has the possibility to be transferred to another team at his own request, even if his contract is still in progress
• If he has availability obligations for the sponsors and a right of review on these obligations
• If he has a certain number of obligatory streaming hours
• If is entitled to receive remunerations from his stream

With regard to his structure, to secure his investment, certain aspects may be secured contractually. The following may be provided:

• A minimum objective to be reached
• A reduction of remuneration in the event of being put on the sideline
• The respect of a moral charter, with the opportunity to terminate the contract in the event of a violation
• The participation in a minimum of sponsoring operations for a relevant period
• A required minimum number of streaming hours in order for the structure to gain visibility
• The means by which you intend to promote the player’s image and manage the merchandising of the derivate products (t-shirts, dedication, designer equipment, etc.).

Numerous examples show that the structures tend to consider the players as recoverable and assignable assets. This value, whilst it is evidently related to the player, is also intrinsically related to the contractual commitment that the player has taken with the structure.

Furthermore, MOSAIK may assist you with the legal organization of your financial flows, by the setup of a structure to manage your revenues and to promote your image:

• Creation of a legal entity to manage the financial flows, pay your intermediates – partners;
• Creation of a legal entity for your sponsoring agreements;
• Creation of a legal entity in order to reinvest your funds, or to finance social projects;

MOSAIK also assists you with the contractual management of your image and also your revenues from sponsoring, by specifically delimiting the different parties’ obligations:

• Management of the image by the structure?
• Player’s right to have his own sponsors in addition to those of the structure?
• Authorization of absence in order to be able to participate in sponsoring operations?
• Opportunity to terminate contracts in the event of the occurrence of specific events?
