She has significant expertise in activity creation (drafting and protocolization of by-laws, with public notaries, management of partner/shareholder status, drafting and negotiation of employment contracts upon the hiring of the first employees, power of attorney issues), the management of sporadic labor law issues (hiring, dismissal, contractual termination, settlement agreements, NDA, profit sharing and incentive plans, teleworking, working time), the management of commercial and company law issues (general meeting and board of directors’ minutes, change of shareholders, increase/reduction of share capital), with the negotiation of commercial agreements, drafting of GTCs, and also any personal data issues.
Élise graduated in 2013 with a MASTER 1 degree in company law and a MAGISTÈRE European business attorney degree, with merit, from the University of Lorraine, Nancy – France. In 2014, she then graduated with a MASTER 2 degree in International and European business law and a MAGISTÈRE European business attorney degree, with honors from the University of Lorraine, Nancy – France.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 (Paris Bar School, Paris Court of Appeal, 2017).
Before joining MOSAIK, Elise was a attorney in the labor law department of the international firm Cohen & Gresser in Paris and worked in the legal department at Orange in Paris.
She has been working in Mexico since 2021 with Laëtitia Schmierer at the firm Legal Funding, before its merger with the firm MOSAIK in 2023.
