Specialized in intellectual property law and digital law, and certified by the French National Bar Council in these areas, Pascal-André GÉRINIER has worked for many years in leading law firms in the intellectual property sector, in their IP/IT department, prior to setting up his own firm, then founding MOSAIK.

BIO

In charge of interests of leading cinema production companies, he has experience in numerous large-scale or high-stake litigation, such as the first litigation called “anti-piracy” to prevent unlawful downloading online or blocking access to certain websites violating third party rights, and also by participating in major litigation in the industry, constituting landmark decisions in case law.

Pascal-André has experience in advising and/or assisting on behalf of music editors, software/applications editors, or the media, authors and performers, start-ups, production companies, education groups or public entities on invitations to tender.

At MOSAIK, he assists and advises its clients in their contractual negotiations, the management of their intellectual property rights, their protection and valuation of their tangible and intangible assets, moveable or real estate assets, and also in the more general management of their entrepreneurial activity and the development of their activity in France and also abroad.

Teaching

He has also lectured at Rouen II University in the science and technology faculty, to train the future network and information system security managers and at the Paris Bar School to participate in the training of the future attorneys.


Activity

With the Paris Bar Council, Pascal-André has participated in consultancy assignments to assist the entrepreneurs of very small and small to medium business activity and also organizes several pitches on the same themes, organized by the National Bar Council.
