Lawyer Penelope Ghiglia

She has acted as counsel and litigator on issues of copyright, trademark and new technology law, as well as unfair competition and parasitism. In this capacity, she has assisted and represented a clientele mainly made up of start-ups and professionals in the cultural sectors(exhibition and cultural program organizers, artists, gallery owners, collectors), publishing(literary publishers, writers), music(music producers and publishers, live show organizers, performers, authors), media(publishers and press organs, journalists) and audiovisual(performers, authors, audiovisual communication companies).

EDUCATION

Pénélope has also been a lecturer at the University of Versailles Saint Quentin-en-Yvelines in the law of obligations, and has lectured on intellectual property law at ESSEC Business School.
